Our service department, with many years of post press experience, will respond quickly to your needs. Our in-house service and engineering departments serve as the ultimate problem-solving tool, allowing us to provide a higher level of service before, during and after the sale.

Parts
Our parts department keeps an inventory of commonly used parts on hand to provide you with the quickest possible response. PrimHall can provide rapid "turn-around" on non-stock items as well. We have a fully-staffed machine shop, complete with "CNC capabilities."

We guarantee our equipment with standard one year warranties, and we offer extended service contracts.

Operational/Maintenance Accessories
PrimHall's engineering team has designed a wide range of tools to aid operators and maintenance personnel in preparing equipment for a production run. Tools include: gauges used to properly align hopper loaders to hoppers; sucker height and positioning gauges; hopper loader positioning plates; and hopper loader pile height gauges set according to specific insert characteristics.

Equipment Manuals
Our publications staff is dedicated to producing equipment manuals to assist operator and maintenance personnel in safely and efficiently operating PrimHall equipment. The manuals are subdivided into topics such as safety, specifications, "make-ready" steps, maintenance, troubleshooting, parts ordering and vendor contact information. Our manuals are based on our experience and customer service feedback, and are written in an easy-to-understand format which can be used and understood by all production personnel and administrative staff.
